About John F. Kennedy Academy of Inquiry
John F. Kennedy Academy of Inquiry is a Title 1 school with 350 students; kindergarten through third grade school. Over 95% of JFK’s students are eligible for breakfast and lunch. Our Youth Ambassadors will be providing books, bookshelves, board games, clothes and snacks to the school’s Family Resource Center. The Family Resource Center provides necessities, resources and solutions for the families of the students. We hope the books Loving Library provides will inspire a love of reading among the elementary schoolers.

Meet the Ambassadors…
Conrad Jr
Conrad Jr is 9 years old and an inspired 4th grader. Conrad Jr has always loved reading from a small age, as he loves to read to his little sister Simone (Age 6) and has helped develop her readings skills over the years. Some of his favorite books include Dork Diaries, Harry Potter, and Hunger Games. He hopes to make new friends and encourage them to explore the world through books. He’s really looking forward to this experience and making a positive impact in our community.
I am excited to be an ambassador for the Loving Library! When I read, I feel like I can travel to different worlds, meet characters, and learn new things. Thank you for giving me the chance to share my love for reading and help bring a little bit of happiness.
Dhiya
Dhiya is a 16-year-old junior who enjoys crocheting, dancing, spending time with her friends, and of course reading. Dhiya would love to enter the medical field when she grows up, with aspirations of becoming a cardiothoracic surgeon.
I want to be a part of this JFK chapter to help bring literacy and knowledge to a community that needs it. Playing a role in helping these elementary schoolers improve their reading comprehension skills is an amazing project that I love being a part of
Samira
Samira is in 7th grade at Cocopah Middle School. She enjoys reading books because it is relaxes her mind and helps her use her imagination. In her spare time, she loves to sing and do competitive cheer. She wants to be part of Loving Library because she wants to make a difference in people’s lives and spread kindness to others.
I believe reading inspires creativity and has a positive effect on mental health.
